While I was in Scotland I found so many interesting cemeteries.  Among these are the cemeteries of Sterling Castle, Culloden Field, Isle of Skye, Melrose Abbey and then I am a fan of Diana Gabaldon and “Outlander” (one reason I visited Culloden) and searched for the standing stones that Claire may have gone through and found the inspiration – Clava Cairns, standing stones and ancient burial ground.

    I also love Outlander and would love to visit some of the places in the book. Only on month til the next season of the TV show!
