One of the few things I cook pretty well, sweet potato string fries in coconut oil. They are a pretty tasty snack with my coconut chicken.

Usually that’s how I like sweet potatoes, this was a new trick in the book, shoe string and deep fried in coconut oil. I still put butter and brown sugar on them. 🙂

sounds delicious! I don’t usually fry anything, I just don’t like to deal with the mess. There’s probably better ways to do things now, I haven’t tried in decades. 😉

Sweet potatoes are sometimes called yams, i like them baked most frequently.
