The first time I visited was 7 years ago and loved it so much I had to go back. My last visit was 3 years ago during the Fringe Festival and the Military Tattoo. The Best time to go! Loads of fun. Now I’m trying to visit places I’ve never been before, but so far Scotland is still my favorite place.
Good for you. I only got to visit Edinburgh, did not have enough time to explore other parts of Scotland, but it is high on my list of desired destinations. I hope you (and I) will get to travel to some new ones!

The first time I went I drove over 1100 miles all over the UK, the last time, just parked myself in Edinburgh. It was a much more relaxed visit.
