Silence

Today I sit here in silence.

I remember another day i sat in silence,

When two towers came crashing to the ground.

I sat in silence, tears streaming down my face,

For the injustice and pain brought upon our world.

Shattering so many lives and hearts.

I sat in silence then my heartbreaking.

I sit in silence now still heartbroken.
