Do you use paper money? If so is your money organized sequentially according to denomination?

I seldom use paper money, usually only when I travel do I take some local currency to pay for things that I can’t pay with normally with my credit card. For instance, taxis, tips, local restaurants, souvenirs. I start out with it organized sequentially according to denomination, but it usually winds up all wadded up in a bunch in a small zippered pouch as it gradually gets broken down into change. Very disorganized.

You are comfortable doing nothing? For long stretches of time?

Actually no, I like having the flexibility to do nothing should the urge arrive. However, sitting still and inactivity just doesn’t happen for me, of course, work isn’t one of my priorities either. But I stay busy.

What is your greatest strength?

This is a good interview question and if I was looking for a job, I would say I use time very efficiently and manage projects quickly, effectively and successfully. However, at home, I would be a little more altruistic and say my greatest strength is dealing with and figuring out how to make the best of difficult situations.

What did you appreciate or what made you smile this past week?

This weekend I visited both the Denver Botanic Gardens and the Butterfly Pavilion. I had a failed appointment an hour away from home, but right next door to the pavilion, so I decided to not waste the trip. And it wasn’t wasted by any means! I saw more species of butterflies than I have ever seen. I counted that I took 17 different kinds of butterfly pictures in just 2 hours and there many more that I couldn’t capture. Just sitting there amongst the butterflies will make anyone smile. It even made me buy a membership to the Butterfly Pavilion to continue the experience more frequently.
