5’4″, yeah, it’s ok, I’m just too short for my weight, but I’ll live with it.
Do you think you could live without your smartphone (or other technology item) for 24 hours?
Yes, I could live without it, I might have withdrawal symptoms and replace it with another bad habit. But I can do 24 hours. I’ve basically done it this week since the flare hit me a couple of weeks ago. I have a few days I’m not too energetic.
What did you appreciate or what made you smile this past week?
My daughter and her husband from Ohio came to see me and I haven’t seen her in 6 years. I have missed her.
