Today’s Odd Ball Challenge is a little late, I got involved in finding the perfect bottles for my homemade Limoncello and bottling it last night. Now I NEED to be patient and let it age a little longer before indulging. (but it turned out really yummy and much more smooth than the store-bought) I discovered this little treat when I visited Rimini Italy. The waiters at the restaurant I frequented there were sympathetic to me since I was gluten free and served me free limoncello every evening after dinner. I was very happy to find the recipe for this and it is so easy to make.
