What is your earliest memory?

I think I was about 4 years old during one Christmas, my mother pulled me aside and showed me this adorable Teddy Bear.  I immediately liked it, but Mom said, “Candy, we were going to give you this for Christmas, but we didn’t get enough presents for your little brother ( he was 1 at the time and it was also his birthday the next day), so we are going to give this to him. I hope you understand”  I said “ok”, but it broke my heart.

Hmmm, I wonder if that’s why I’ve collected them in my adult life.

Which way does the toilet paper roll go? Over or under? 

Over or if I lose the holder it just stays on the floor. 🙂

What makes you feel grounded?

Staying financially solvent and true to myself.

What did you appreciate or what made you smile this past week? 

I finally finished my taxes, not happy with the results, but the deed is done and a weight off my shoulders.
