How do you like your eggs?
I could be facetious here and just say “cooked”, but I also like homemade eggnog and the eggs aren’t cooked there or in mayonnaise. It really doesn’t matter to me. I like eggs and I often have breakfast for dinner.
Have you ever met anyone famous?
Yes, I’ve met a couple of people. I went to high school with Don Johnson, of course, back then he wasn’t famous.
I used to go to dog shows with my Mom and met the comedian, Paul Lynde, and his dog that he was showing. Actually, I didn’t realize my mother was famous in the Dog Show circle until I went with her to the Westminster Dog Show in New York City and saw the entourage she managed to have around her. Mom knew a lot of famous people.
And I met a cowboy actor, named Clu Gulagar. I have to say, this was an embarrassing meet and it was a case of my first experience where someone who was famous thought they could take advantage of the innocence of a young girl by instead of autographing my scarf I leaned down to give him, he wrote his name on my exposed neck with his magic marker. I was only 14.
What was the first thing you bought with your own money?
Since I started working at 14, I bought my own clothes and then I paid my way through college.
What did you appreciate or what made you smile this past week?
To tell the truth, I appreciate who I am and my living environment. When I look at where I am and how I am able to think my own thoughts without criticism or someone trying to cause discord and unrest, I am very grateful that I do not live in the environment or circumstances that I see in which others live.
Hi from Finland Candace! I’ve never actually tried eggnog but would be interested. Does it taste very eggy? 🙂

Paul Lynde is a name I’ve not heard in years. I bet you mom was rather famous. The Westminster Dog show is a huge thing.
