Doors to Gluten-Free Eating, Finally

Norm 2.0 – Thursday Doors 

I am constantly trying out new restaurants, talking to their staff and chefs.  Last weekend I discovered Buffalo Wings.  I found out that they even have a gluten-free kitchen, so their fryer is separate from the ordinary population and they mark all their gluten-free dishes with a purple dot/   I had some scrumptious, crispy potato wedges and bourbon honey wings.  I had the snack size and still had to take some home.
