Past meets Present Sky
My backyard, a year ago and today.
I have a whole collection of skies, long before I ever joined Becky B’s challenges. I love how the weather systems and sun can change so quickly and how colors quickly light the sky on fire or the purples, pinks, and blues can calm me down after a long, stressful day.
I like seeing the clear blue skies without a cloud in sight and the what I call the “Simpsons” cloudy skies that make everything happy. I enjoy how you can tell what weather may be coming by seeing the fronts roll in or by watching the clouds roil in tumultuous energy turning and changing from white to dark.
Perhaps I enjoy watching clouds and skies because they represent my moods so easily – from a dark and stormy night to a bright and sunny day.
