What do you consider is the most perfect food for you? (It can be your favorite food to something extremely healthy.)

Most perfect food, hmm.. reality speaking, I would say risotto.  I can go anywhere in the world and get risotto and never have an allergic or gluten intolerance reaction.

Supreme_pizzaHowever – if I would go fantasy!  A GOOD, deep dish, meat lovers gluten free pizza!  I have yet to find any pizza that’s gluten free that tastes as good as the Pizza Hut deep dish pizza I miss so much!

Are you focused on today or tomorrow?

I live pretty much for today, even though I do try to plan my finances for tomorrow.  But the art of living for me — is living for today, because you never know if you will have tomorrow.

If you could interview one of your great-great-great grandparents, who would it be (if you know their name) and what would you ask?

This is Elizabeth McCord, my 4th great grandmother on my father’s side.  A very young woman who married  Benjamin Stauber.  Her family was from Donegal, Ireland and usually, when you are doing family ancestry you alway seem to be able to follow the patriarchal lineage, but seldom can find much on the matriarchal line.  I want to know more about the women in my family.  How they overcame the hardships of the land, what they endured, why they came to America and what their dreams were beyond raising children.

What inspired you or what did you appreciate this past week?

I have begun to appreciate CBD, I think I have finally found the right dosage, the right strain and the right place to get CBD to tone the volume down on my fibromyalgia pain.
