   Naaahhhh – you got me there. 😦 I can only offer up some relation to a foxglove/digitalis? with the speckled tube and clumped flower stem and the round buds?

   Looks an interesting flower though 🙂

      awww gee. I thought my expert would surely identify this one. It does look close to foxglove. My app couldn’t identify it either.

         Now entering ‘SMUG’ mode….. 🙂

         and it is indeed a relative of the Digitalis plant (or Fox-glove – which is poisonous to humans by the way!)
