Share Your World – June 12, 2017

What do you do when you’re not working? If you are retired, what do you that is not part of your regular daytime routine?

When I’m not working I’m blogging. (and taking photos) and traveling, and going to movies, going to the zoo, and this weekend going to the Renaissance Festival.  I try to look for good adventures for the soul and those, in turn, become good photo opportunities for me.

What would you do if you won the lottery?

If I won the lottery, I would retire in a heartbeat! Get out of debt. Buy me a tiny house in a very warm. tropical climate and relax.  I don’t need anything or really want anything.  I would probably invest, give to charities, donate to other good causes and foundations.  If my children need help, help them.  But they are doing pretty well without me and very successful.

What makes you laugh the most?

My grandchildren make me laugh, but I think other people laughing makes me laugh the most.

What is your biggest pet peeve with modern technology?

I hate cords! and set up! If everything was wireless and wifi I would be a happy camper, Oh and short battery life! yuck!  I can learn almost any application and deal with any software or hardware. but all those peripherals drive me nuts.

Optional Bonus question:  What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?

I am grateful I made it through the week! and am looking forward to taking this Friday off!  Yes, I really am getting tired of working. LOL
