One Word Photo Challenge: Food

I thought about posting some of the yummy dinners I had while I was in Greece, but instead, I remembered these eggs, especially those bright, deep red eggs in the background.  I had never seen that colored eggs -naturally, in my life.   Walking further down the open market I found deep navy blue eggs.  Immediately I thought of my daughter and sent her these pictures so now maybe she’ll buy some chickens that will lay these colored eggs. She already has some chickens that lay easter pastel blue green and pastel blue eggs.  I think she says they are called Araucana chickens.
