Imagine witnessing the extraordinary talent of Jung Ho-seok, better known as J-Hope! I had the privilege of attending his concert in Los Angeles in April 2025, and it left me utterly speechless. J-Hope, also affectionately called Jay in the US, is not just a South Korean rapper and dancer; he’s a phenomenal songwriter and record producer, and a key member of the globally renowned K-pop group BTS. His performance was nothing short of mesmerizing!

I found myself not only smiling ear to ear throughout the entire concert, but was also constantly watching the production. I have been to several other American concerts, but this one far surpassed anything I have ever seen. The audience (the fans, also known affectionately as ARMY) participates with our light sticks in rhythm to the fantastic music and beat. All the while, J-Hope all the while carrying on a conversation with us and making us feel like we are part of the family.
