Hi C! I love the shots but i have some bad news for you.
Mexican plumeria are the Frangipani flower and this definitely is not one of them 😦
The good news is i have a very close relative of this in my garden ( see my posting: https://lovewillbringustogether.wordpress.com/2017/05/02/flower-of-the-day-may-2-2017-name-that-flower/) and i found (on google!) it to be a Barleria Obtusa, or Bush Violet from S Africa. I’d say yours is definitely in the barleria family. 🙂
Hope today was a better day?
Happy Equinox!
love
